Dear Sir, RAMU NICO MANAGEMENT (MCC) LTD. desires to purchase sulphur for his Ramu Nickel and Cobalt Project in Papua New Guinea. RAMU NICO MANAGEMENT (MCC) LTD. would welcome your participation in providing sulphur as per limited bidding after below details. This time RAMU NICO MANAGEMENT (MCC) LTD. will choose one or two suppliers. 1) Commodity: Name of commodity: Bright yellow elemental formed sulphur in bulk – granulars or prills. Origin: North America or Middle East. 2) Specification:     Colour                    Bright yellow Purity                    99.70 pct  min on dry basis Ash                       0.05 pct max Organics                  0.05 pct max Acidity                   0.05 pct max Moisture                  2 pct max     Arsenic:                  less than 1 ppm Selenium:                 less than 1 ppm Tellurium:                less than 1 ppm     Moisture more than 0.5 pct is deducted from the invoiced value. 3) Quantity:             Total around 280,000 metric tons Per cargo 35,000 metric tons, plus or minus 10 pct   4) Payment: Ø In USD CFR Port of Basamuk, Papua New Guinea  Ø By irrevocable L/C 5) Delivery: Shipment: In eight lots, transshipment not allowed. Delivery: CFR Port of Basamuk, Papua New Guinea The buyer will give 60 days advance notice before the required arrival time . 6) Discharge rate: The discharging berth shall be capable of discharging the vessel with a maximum LOA of 225 meters, and a maximum Draft of 13 meters.
