3、投标人资格要求
投标人应具备的资格或业绩:3.1制造商作为投标人/ Bidder(as an manufacture ) 1) 投标人应通过ISO9000系列或同等质量管理体系认证。shall certified ISO9000 series or other equivalent certificates of the quality management system. 2) 投标人应具有本招标项目的全规格产品的生产能力，即本招标项目的所有规格的产品必须由一家制造商完成生产。 The bidder shall have the production capacity of all specifications of the tendered project, that is, all specifications of the tendered project must be produced by a manufacturer. 3）投标人在中国境内260万吨/年以上的LNG接收站项目上有40”以上不锈钢管道供货业绩，项目正常投运不少于3年。（提供合同证明复印件或用户书面证明，原件备查）。 The bidder should have application achievements in gasification process of LNG terminal project within PRC, which include LNG project with the scale over 2600000 tons per year, not less than 40” stainless pipes, and over 3 year’s successful experience. (providing copy of contract or written proof of user, original copy for future reference) 3.2代理商作为投标人 1) 应取得制造商对本项目的唯一授权，并具有投标货物的代理业绩。 The goods should be granted the manufacturer's authorization / long-term cooperation agreement. The bidder should have agency performance of the tender. 2）所投货物的制造商资格应满足3.1的要求。 The manufacture of the Goods Proposed shall meet all qualification requirements of item 3.1 above.
