一、采购项目的名称、数量、简要规格描述或项目基本概况介绍：

二、投标人的资格要求：

1)投标人在中华人民共和国境内外注册且具有独立的法人资格，能提供上述产品及相应服务的代理商或生产厂家；1) the bidder registered within the territory of the People's Republic of China or oversea and has independent legal person qualification, can provide the products and corresponding service agents or manufacturers; 2)必须提供所投产品的生产商针对本次招标项目出具的独家授权书；2) must provide the cast product exclusive authorization letter issued by the producer for the project subject to tender; 3)具有招标文件中所需设备的供货和售后服务的能力；3) with the supply of equipment required in the tender documents and the ability to after-sales service;4）本项目预算为505万元人民币，投标报价若高于项目预算的视为废标。4）The budget of the project is 5.05millions Only , if the total bid price is higher than the budget,the price will be refused.
