外夹超声波流量计，包括:外夹超声波流量计液体20套和外夹超声波流量计气体120套。Clamp-on Type Ultrasonic Flowmeter，.ncluding: external clamped ultrasonic flowmeter liquid 20 sets and external clamped ultrasonic flowmeter gas 120 sets.本次为海油工程-外夹超声波流量计年度协议，采用“协议+订单”模式签订单价合同，协议有效期自签订之日起3年（1+1+1）。后续以实际订货数量为准 。范围：测量介质：气体，安装尺寸：1.5"~30"，设计温度：-40~120，壁厚：<=60mm ；测量介质：液体，安装尺寸：1.5"~30"，设计温度：-40~120，壁厚：<=60mm 。此次招标签署单价协议，如经评审合格的有效投标人大于等于5家将签署3家（招标评标排名第一的作为主选协议中标人。排名第二的作为辅选协议中标人。排名第三的作为备用协议中标人），如经评审合格的有效投标人只有4家将签署2家（招标评标排名第一的作为主选协议中标人。排名第二的作为辅选协议中标人），如经评审合格的有效投标人小于等于3家将签署1家（招标评标排名第一的作为协议中标人），如主辅协议无法按照合同要求执行，在经甲方根据公司程序审批通过后，启动备用协议。主协议采购金额不低于60%，辅协议采购金额不高于40%，备选协议不保证采购金额，具体执行金额以招标人实际通知为准。 this is the supply agreement of COOEC Clamp-on Type Ultrasonic Flowmeter Annual agreement, and the unit price contract is signed in the mode of "agreement+order". If the number of qualified and valid bidders is greater than or equal to 5, 3 will be signed (the first ranked bidder in the bidding evaluation will be the main selection agreement winning bidder, the second ranked bidder will be the auxiliary selection agreement winning bidder, and the third ranked bidder will be the backup agreement winning bidder), If only 4 valid bidders have passed the evaluation, 2 will be signed (the first ranked bidder in the bidding and evaluation will be the winning bidder of the main selection agreement, and the second ranked bidder will be the winning bidder of the auxiliary selection agreement). If the number of valid bidders who have passed the evaluation is less than or equal to 3, 1 will be signed (the first ranked bidder in the bidding and evaluation will be the winning bidder of the agreement). If the main and auxiliary agreements cannot be executed in accordance with the contract requirements, they will be approved by Party A according to the company's procedures, Start the backup protocol. The main agreement procurement amount shall not be less than 60%, and the auxiliary agreement procurement amount shall not exceed 40%. The alternative agreement does not guarantee the procurement amount, and the specific execution amount shall be subject to the actual notice of the tenderer.
